The CW’s hit series Arrow is back from hiatus and very soon Oliver Queen will have to fight his most dangerous adversary yet. In the twelfth episode, set to air on January 30, the Arrow will fight a reimagined version of the DC character Count Vertigo, who will be called simply ‘The Count.’ “Fringe” alumn Seth Gabel will play the character and we’ve got some fresh photos from the episode along with a plot description. Thea is in trouble with the police after she gets caught using a drug called “Vertigo.” Oliver thinks the only way to keep her out of jail is to find the dealer, a man who goes by the name of “The Count” . Oliver turns to McKenna Hall (guest star Janina Gavankar), an old flame and current Vice cop, for help. Meanwhile, Laurel steps in to defend Thea, and Felicity gives Oliver some disturbing news about Moira.
