Pitbull Takes on Africa by Toto for the Aquaman Soundtrack

Long after its initial release back in 1982, Toto’s song “Africa” has seen a pop culture resurgence in recent years. Now, Pitbull has added a new spin on the yacht rock ballad for the soundtrack to James Wans’ upcoming superhero epic Aquaman. While it’s called “Ocean to Ocean,” Mr. Worldwide heavily samples Toto’s classic, complete with Rhea using its chorus as the song’s hook. You can check it out in the player below (via EW)!

From Warner Bros. Pictures comes an action-packed adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas. The film, starring Jason Momoa (Justice LeagueGame of Thrones) in the title role, reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime — one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be… a king.
