The Hellboy reboot is just a few weeks away. In the meantime, Summit Entertainment has released three new stills from the upcoming film.
Via the official Hellboy twitter account, the first new image features Milla Jovovich’s Nimue with her wooden crown and red cloak. Once, she was the greatest of all British witches and called the Lady in the Lake. Now, Nimue has come back to destroy humanity.

Additionally, there is also a shot of “the World’s Greatest Paranormal Investigator” chatting with Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense agent Alice Monaghan (Sasha Lane) over an absurdly large gun. Finally, fans got a closer look also at David Harbour‘s horned hero and his notorious Right Hand of Doom.
Ian McShane co-stars in the film as Hellboy’s adoptive father, Trevor Bruttenholm. Sasha Lane, Daniel Dae Kim, and Thomas Haden Church have supporting roles in the movie.
Here’s the official description from Summit Entertainment. “Hellboy is called to the English countryside to battle a trio of rampaging giants. There he discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue, a resurrected ancient sorceress thirsting to avenge a past betrayal. Suddenly caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human, Hellboy is now hell-bent on stopping Nimue without triggering the end of the world.”
