As production begins to pick again, Disney+’s Rogue One prequel has picked up another cast member. According to Deadline, Adria Arjona will star opposite Diego Luna in the Cassian Andor series.
Details about Arjona’s role have not been disclosed. However, she has previously headlined NBC’s Emerald City as Dorthy Gale, with roles on True Detective and Good Omens. She is also known for her roles in 6 Underground, The Belko Experiment, and Pacific Rim: Uprising.
Alan Tudyk will also reunite with Luna and provide the voice of Cassian’s droid, K-2SO. Additionally, Genevieve O’Reilly will reprise her role as Mon Mothma for the series. Denise Gough, Stellan Skarsgard, and Kyle Soller have also been cast.

Rogue One co-writer Tony Gilroy is returning to write the pilot for Cassian Andor. Gilroy will also direct multiple episodes. The Americans‘ Stephen Schiff is the showrunner for the series.
So far, Disney+ has not revealed when Cassian Andor will begin production. The show is also currently without a premiere window on Disney+. But presumably it will arrive in late 2021 or 2022.
