Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest 2021 kicked off with a virtual cocktail party tonight, open to Pulse Premium members who quickly shared the link on social media. Early insistence that guests should be 21 and over turned out to be no more than a joke, as nothing unsuitable for minors popped up. And while such pre-show soirees usually bust out a bunch of figure first-looks, only one big new reveal dropped. It’s a Marvel Legends 2-pack featuring Domino and Cannonball. One which we should see this summer on Hasbro Pulse, and at a retailer as yet undetermined.
Cannonball previously saw release in an X-Force wave, but he came with a lower torso shaped like an energy blast rather than legs. Some fans loved the creativity of that choice. Others, not so much. To please everyone, the Marvel Legends team sculpted his legs, and changed up the upper body a bit. He will feature an additional swap-out head, not yet shown.

Domino gained in popularity recently by appearing in Deadpool 2, but her comic counterpart looks very different. Here, she appears in an armored sculpt, featuring double-jointed elbows. Female Legends figures typically utilize disc-and-pi ball joints at the elbow and not the shoulders. Fans, however, have vocalized a lot of support for the double-joints. And the Marvel team indicated this will happen more, moving forward.
More reveals should be imminent in the next 24 hours. What do you hope to see? Let us know in comments.
