Though Mattel has had the listings out for a while, they held off on revealing the Masterverse figures wave 2 until Masters of the Universe: Revelation debuted. Interestingly, they’re far less spoilery than some of the figures already released, since most appeared in promo images already. As with the first wave, it features three main characters and one wild card. The Moss Man slot goes to Spikor, whose appearance in the show is…brief. But it delivers major players Teela, Beast Man, and Man at Arms.
Teela and Beast Man appear with their looks from post-cataclysm Eternia, while Spikor and Man at Arms look as they did beforehand. The most-changed is Teela, as befits her new role in the show, and she comes with her multi-functional weapon in three forms: sword, staff, and handle. Beast Man may be scarred and shirtless, but his whip still seems fairly classic. Man at Arms looks most like his 200x/Mondo armored version, with asymmetrical armor in a stylized anime hyper-detail. Spikor includes a switch-out trident for either hand, and the classic toy orange mace.

While Mattel hasn’t officially announced a release date, Entertainment Earth has a preorder on the full set scheduled for October. Maybe by then Netflix will tell us when part two of the show debuts.
