Marvel has released a new Ultimate Spider-Man trailer for the upcoming fresh take on the iconic wall-crawling hero.
The trailer shows Peter Parker and Mary-Jane Watson alongside their children, as well as J. Jonah Jameson and the Green Goblin of Earth-6160. At one point, Peter and his family seem to be looking at a memorial that includes May Parker’s name, implying she has died in this universe. Finally, a number of iconic Spider-Man suits are shown off, including the classic Symbiote suit, Ben Reilly’s Sensational Spider-Man suit, and Miguel O’Hara’s Spider-Man 2099 suit.

Ultimate Spider-Man #1 is written by Jonathan Hickman, illustrated by Marco Checchetto, colored by Matthew Wilson, and lettered by VC’s Cory Petit. Checchetto provides the cover art, while variants come from David Marquez, Mateus Manhanini, Nic Klein, Tony Daniel, Checchetto, and J. Scott Campbell.

Ultimate Spider-Man #1 goes on sale January 10, 2024 from Marvel Comics. Issue #2 follows suit on February 21, 2024.
