BOOM! Studios has revealed a first look inside both Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #116 and Power Rangers Unlimited: The Morphin Masters #1.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #116 hits comic shops this January as part of the yearlong “Darkest Hour” story arc. The issue marks the return of the Ranger Slayer — that is, the version of original Pink Ranger Kimberly Hart who hails from the World of the Coinless. It comes courtesy of writer Melissa Flores, artists Adam Gorham and Marco Renna, colorist Joana Lafuente, and letterer Ed Dukeshire. The book features a main cover by Taurin Clarke, as well as variant covers by Björn Barends, Goñi Montes, and Zu Orzu. At this time, BOOM! has revealed two unlettered preview pages.

MMPR #116 leads directly into Power Rangers Unlimited: The Morphin Masters #1, which arrives one week later from writers Ryan Parrott and Rachel Wagner, artist Daniel Bayliss, colorist Arthur Hesli, and letterer Dukeshire. The issue features a cover by Toni Infante, as well as variants by Montes, Infante, and Miguel Mercado. BOOM! has also revealed two unlettered preview pages from PRU: The Morphin Masters #1.
