The Mandalorian’s Ahsoka and Grogu Make Quite the Hot Toys Pair

It was The Mandalorian episode everyone waited for in season 2. Not only did Ahsoka Tano finally make her live-action debut, but she also revealed the true name of “Baby Yoda” — Grogu. Played by Rosario Dawson, the last Jedi survivor of the Clone Wars (so far) leaped into action just as we’d hope. Yet she also carried with her the sadness of lost friends, and the joy of discovering new surprises. And when she name-checked Grand Admiral Thrawn, it couldn’t get much more fan service-y than that. It was only a matter of time before Ahsoka and Grogu got their own toy two-pack to celebrate. Hot Toys, as often seems the case, got out of the gate first.

Ahsoka Tano’s likeness appears to combine elements of both Dawson and original voice-actress Ashley Eckstein. Her face also comes with individually moveable eyeballs to change her expression. Two lightsabers and a lantern complete her gear, along with separate blades for static or in-motion poses. Grogu comes with a forest base, though he can be posed independently of it.

Preorders are up now at Sideshow, for $315, or $285 for just Ahsoka alone. Take a look at more pics on our gallery below before deciding.
