New Batman Escape Rooms Are Opening in Paris Next Year

The Dark Knight is about to try his hand at the escape room craze. Unfortunately, many fans will have to shell out for a plane ticket in order to experience it themselves. Via Collider, Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and DC are teaming up with Dama Dreams on several new escape rooms based on the world of Batman. The attraction is currently scheduled to open in Paris sometime in 2022.

Dubbed Batman: Gotham City Adventures, the installation comprises three unique game spaces inside a single 3,000-square-meter building. Each room covers 350 square meters and will also include exclusive storylines, characters, and more. The creators aren’t sharing which of Bruce Wayne’s haunts will be recreated for the rooms. However, guests can also expect appearances by several live actors to guarantee a more interactive visit to the DC Universe.

Dama Dreams is a French-based company known for its immersive gaming experiences, which includes other escape rooms throughout the country. According to their website, these venues pull in over 65,000 visitors every year, so it sounds like WB and DC picked the right partner for Gotham City Adventures. But of course, Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment also knows a thing or two about immersing fans in their favorite fictional worlds, including Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Friends.
