Earlier this month, director James Gunn confirmed the cast for his latest film, The Suicide Squad. Over the weekend, Gunn put up a new post on Instagram. It highlighted a Guardians of the Galaxy-themed poster for the recent Climate March in Los Angeles. But it’s Gunn’s response to a question within the post that generated a lot of buzz.
A fan by the name of hecmago5 asked, “Hey James do you start filming The Suicide Squad on Monday?” Gunn immediately replied, “I am shooting right now today!”
To further confirm that his epic cast was set to go on the production, Gunn posted another photo earlier this morning. It features Gunn standing with a number of The Suicide Squad‘s cast members.
