Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum Will Return in Jurassic World 3

“Life always finds a way,” and it seems that Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum found a way to return to the Jurassic franchise too. Universal Pictures and Amblin have officially confirmed that the three original Jurassic Park stars will reprise their roles in the next installment in the franchise. We are now sure that Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm will be part of the story of the upcoming  Jurassic World 3.

Even though his part was small, Goldblum had already made his return in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Last time fans saw Neill and Dern with dinosaurs was in 2001’s Jurassic Park III, in which Neill’s Dr. Alan Grant took center stage and Dern’s Dr. Ellie Sattler appeared in a handful of scenes.

Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim UprisingThe Black Hole) is joining the Jurassic team for the first time, and she will also work on the Jurassic World 3 screenplay with Trevorrow. They work off a story by Derek Connolly and Trevorrow, who together co-wrote Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
