Colin Trevorrow Shares Snowy BTS Photo From Jurassic World: Dominion

Forget lush islands and rainy forests full of Carnotaurus; the story of the upcoming Jurassic World: Dominion might take place in a much colder place. Recently, director Colin Trevorrow took up to Twitter to share a behind-the-scenes photo. The picture features Isabella Sermon’s Maisie Lockwood in a snow-covered landscape. Shortly thereafter, Amblin Entertainment’s official account confirmed that the photo is from Jurassic World: Dominion and that Sermon will indeed reprise her role. Plus, there will be “environs heretofore unseen.”

While this might be just a long shot, it seems that the prehistoric reptiles may have adapted to survive in cold weather in the Jurassic World. In reality, many scientists believe a massive temperature drop killed the dinosaurs on our planet. Or, you know, the producers might be toying with fans’ emotions like in the Jurassic World opening scene.
