Earlier this month, filming on Jurassic World: Dominion shut down after a few members of the crew tested positive for coronavirus. Director Colin Trevorrow noted that those same people tested negative immediately afterwards. Regardless, the producers agreed to halt production for two weeks in accordance with safety measures. Now, Trevorrow has taken to Twitter to announce that cameras are once again rolling on the upcoming sequel.
To share the good news, Trevorrow posted a behind-the-scenes photo featuring original Jurassic Park stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum. You can check it out for yourself below.

The photo also shows Neill, Dern, and Goldblum gathered in front of The Richard Attenborough Stage at Pinewood Studios. Obviously, this stage is named after their legendary Jurassic Park co-star, who appeared as John Hammond in the original 1993 film as well as The Lost World: Jurassic Park in 1997. Attenborough died in 2014. However, his character was mentioned several times in the last two Jurassic World movies. And with the original actors coming back as Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, and Ian Malcolm, more shoutouts seem likely.
Dominion finds Neill, Dern, and Goldblum joining Jurassic World headliners Chris Pratt (Owen Grady) and Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing). Prior to the latest shutdown, the sequel had been filming since July with strict COVID-19 protocols in place. Variety previously reported that the movie is just three weeks away from wrapping principal photography.
