Zack Snyder Says His Justice League Will Feature Zero Studio Compromises

Zack Snyder Says His Justice League Cut Arrives In March 2021

It’s been a long and arduous road for director Zack Snyder to realize his vision for Justice League. Snyder had to abruptly step down during production while dealing with a family tragedy. In his place, Joss Whedon was hired to oversee the reshoots and finish Justice League himself. Following Justice League‘s disappointing box office returns, vocal fans called for a Snyder Cut. Earlier this year, HBO gave a greenlight for Zack Snyder’s Justice League, a new four hour cut that will be released in four parts. Now, we seemingly know when it will arrive.

Via Collider, Synder recently took questions from fans on his Vero account. And one of his replies gave a specific month for the Snyder Cut’s release: March 2021.

“I understand and of course respect your feelings and I just hope I can wipe that Version out of existence with what you see in March,” wrote Snyder.

There has also been some speculation that a more formal announcement and trailer will accompany Wonder Woman 1984. That film will hit HBO Max and theaters simultaneously on December 25. Additionally, Snyder has indicated that his Justice League cut may make its way into theaters as well. However, the ongoing pandemic makes it unclear if and when that will be possible.
