Listen to Junkie XL’s New Track for Zack Snyder’s Justice League

We are a few weeks away from the official release of Zack Snyder’s Justice Leagueand the fan hype is already off the charts. And in the last few hours, the director has revealed a track from the official score for the movie on his social media. The upcoming Zack Snyder’s Justice League will see the return of Tom Holkenborg, best known as Junkie XL. The two had already worked together for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and he was Snyder’s original choice to compose the film’s music before the director left the set. Once Joss Whedon took over post-production duties on 2017’s Justice League, he opted to replace Junkie XL with Danny Elfman. But now Snyder and Holkenborg are reunited, and the first track from his work for the movie is available to stream.

Fans have already had the chance to listen to a few seconds from the film’s new score in the recently released official trailer. As in the video, Holkenborg’s new score sets a much darker tone than Whedon’s light-hearted take on DC’s group of heroes, mainly thanks to the fact that it sounds more guitar-based than before. The upcoming Zack Snyder’s Justice League will premiere as a four-hour movie on HBO Max on March 18. In the meantime, you can listen to Junkie XL’s new track, entitled “The Crew at Warpower,” at this link.
