Arrow’s Royal Flush Gang Revealed

When it was announced that the Royal Flush Gang would be appearing in the ‘realistic’ tv show Arrow, we scratched our heads a little. In the orginal comics, they dressed in playing card-themed outfits with special abilities for each member and one of them (Ace) was even a robot. Would this make the jump to the new series?

Producer Andrew Kreisberg put that to rest a few weeks ago by telling GreenArrowTV“You’ll see with the Royal Flush Gang, that the dynamic of the family, and the iconography of the playing cards are going to be there, without the supernatural bent. I think we’ve come up with a really clever way to portray them in a more grounded, realistic world.”

Now we’ve got a look at what Kreisberg was talking about. Below you’ll see Currie Graham as ‘King’ and Kyle Schmid as ‘Ace.’ The pair appear as part of the Royal Flush Gang in the sixth episode titled ‘Legacis’ that airs November 14. Plus a look at Oliver Queen getting some  training from David Ramsey as John Diggle.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Colin Donnell as Tommy, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, with Susanna Thompson as Moira Queen and Paul Blackthorne as Detective Quentin Lance.

The show airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
