The Guardians of the Galaxy are back today with a new image from the James Gunn film having debuted in the pages of EW. Check out a scan, courtesy of SuperHeroHype Forums user ‘marvel_freshman,’ for a look at the kind of prison fashion popular on the far side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. What’s more, the film’s first clip, previously only available to readers in the United States, can now be viewed in all regions in player below!
The penultimate entry in “Phase Two” of Marvel Studios’ ongoing cinematic universe, Guardians of the Galaxy is written and directed by Gunn and features an ensemble cast that includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Lee Pace, Djimon Hounsou, Karen Gillan, Benicio del Toro, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close, Gregg Henry, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker and Vin Diesel.
The adventures of an unlikely cast of characters who must team up in order to defeat a cosmic force of epic proportions, Guardians of the Galaxy hits the big screen August 1.
