Marvel Entertainment has announced today that the second season of the popular animated series “Avengers Assemble” will premiere on September 28 at 8:30 a.m. on Disney XD. The show’s second season will pick up where the first left off and see the titular heroes going up against the mad titan himself, Thanos.
An animated series parallel to the record-breaking blockbuster movie Marvel’s The Avengers, “Avengers Assemble” sees Iron Man leading the team of mightiest heroes – Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Falcon – who combine their powers to battle threats no single hero could overcome. When the Avengers assemble, evil doesn’t stand a chance.
Adrian Pasdar leads the voice cast as Iron Man, he’s joiend by Fred Tatasciore as Hulk, Roger Craig Smith as Captain America, Travis Willingham as Thor, Troy Baker as Hawkeye, Laura Bailey as Black Widow and Bumper Robinson as Falcon.
