The New York Daily News brings word that the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 will begin filming next month in New York City and Buffalo.
“There is no better way to project the character of this city than through television and film,” Council Member Dan Garodnick said. “And what’s more New York than pizza-loving ninjas and a talking rat?”
