Margot Robbie Talks Quentin Tarantino References in Birds of Prey

Working closely with Quentin Tarantino in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood has influenced Birds of Prey star Margot Robbie. Most importantly, Robbie has “stolen” some tricks from Tarantino, and we might see them in the upcoming DC movie. Speaking with MTV, the actress has revealed that fans will feel this neat connection with Tarantino’s works.

“In Pulp Fiction, when Uma and John Travolta are having their five-dollar milkshake, she’s explaining the pilot and she talks about Fox Force Five,” Robbie said. “In our movie, there are five prominent women, and like everything, we always throw references to Tarantino moments that we pray to inject into the film. So, it felt fitting. Also, I asked Quentin, ‘Would you mind if we use the working title Fox Force Five?’ He thought it was really funny.”
