The Walking Dead fans will be treated with a second spin-off series starting Spring 2020. During SDCC, we discovered that AMC had ordered a 10-episode as-yet-untitled series focusing on the earliest days of the zombie outbreak. The show promises to give fans a look into the first generation of children that have grown up during the zombie apocalypse. Now, the first trailer for The Walking Dead‘s second spin-off series has made it to the web.
“What if you grew up in a world of safety? And you decided to leave,” the voiceover says. “To discover the truth of who you are and what the world really is. You know. Growing up. There have been things going on in The Walking Dead universe since the very start of the story, all happening over all these years. In other places we haven’t seen. With people we haven’t seen. With the dead we haven’t seen. But we’ll see it all this spring.”
