Disney+ Debuts New Star Wars: The Clone Wars Final Season Trailer

It seems that all the stories — in live-action or animated — linked to the Skywalker saga are coming to an end. During last year’s Comic-Con, Star Wars animation veteran Dave Filoni revealed that the much-loved animated series would return for a seventh and final season. And now, Disney+ has just dropped a brand new trailer for the heavily anticipated revival of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The trailer features plenty of familiar faces starting with Anakin Skywalker and his Jedi master Obi-Wan Kenobi, but also Yoda, Captain Rex, Ahsoka Tano, Mandalorians and many others. The new series will also feature a lot of the ever-present spaceship battles as well as iconic lightsaber duels.

“Every choice made has led to this,” announces Darth Maul, ominously, right before crossing his lightsaber with Ahsoka Tano.
