Spoilers ahead if you haven’t watched Star Trek: Discovery Season 3 yet!
CBS All Access has debuted a brand new promo for the upcoming third episode of Star Trek: Discovery Season 3. It seems that Sonequa Martin-Green’s Commander Michael Burnham has finally reunited with the crew of the USS Discovery as she has been away from Saru, Tilly, Georgiou, and the other for one year. But it seems that all the efforts they made to defeat Control are almost pointless as the future is not quite like Burnham had imagined it to be. However, there is still hope, and new adventures are ahead of the USS Discovery and its crew.

Jonathan Frakes directed the episode written by Bo Yeon Kim and Erika Lippoldt. The official synopsis of “People of Earth” reads:
“Reunited with Burnham, Discovery heads to Earth to find out what has happened to the Federation in the last thousand years.”
Star Trek: Discovery stars Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Anthony Rapp, Mary Wiseman, as well as Wilson Cruz and David Ajala. Kurtzman and Paradise serve as co-showrunners and executive produce together with Heather Kadin, Jenny Lumet, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Olatunde Osunsanmi, Rod Roddenberry, and Trevor Roth.
The upcoming Star Trek: Discovery Episode 3.03 will hit CBS All Access on Thursday, October 29.
