The Titans may have unmasked an infiltrator in the latest episode, and their true mission was always to “secure the Raven.” But before we deal with that cliffhanger, Titans season 1 episode 9 is finally going to get back to Hawk and Dove. The heroic duo were introduced in the second episode, but they haven’t had much of a spotlight since. That’s because Dawn was put out of commission by the Nuclear Family. Now, “Hank and Dawn” is going to explore how they came together as a team.
In the newly released preview for episode 9, we see Dawn before she became a heroine and her early introduction to Hank. More intriguingly, we also meet Don Hall, Hank’s brother and the original Dove. The teaser hints at a tragic end for Don, which would lineup with his fate in the comics. However, there are also a few broad hints at tragedy in Dawn’s past as well.

Here’s the official description of the next episode from DC Universe: “The origin story of Hank Hall and Dawn Granger’s relationship and the loss in each of their pasts that brings them together as vigilante Super Heroes Hawk and Dove.”
