The CW just released a brand new promo for “A Trout in the Milk,” the upcoming fifth episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7. After solving a sticky situation involving Agent Daniel Sousa in the Fifties, Agent Coulson and the rest of the team travel back to the psychedelic ’70s. And it seems that they will get the chance to meet General Rick Stoner in person. The high-ranking United States Army officer has already made a couple of appearances on the show, portrayed by Patrick Warburton. But his past appearances were just on video recordings, and now it seems that he has to take a stand in the agency’s fight against Hydra.

In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s final season, Agent Coulson and the rest of the team have to travel in time to save the agency’s future. The last season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will also mark the end of Marvel Television as fans come to know it over the past several years, with Kevin Feige assuming his new role as Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer. The show was created by Joss Whedon together with Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, with the latter serving also as executive producers.
The next episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air on Wednesday, June 24, on ABC.
