Kevin Smith’s Masters of the Universe: Revelation is just a few days away. Netflix’s animated series will offer a new and more modern take on the fan-favorite heroes from the Eighties. To promote the upcoming return of He-Man and Skeletor, the producers have debuted a clip from the third episode. Based on this scene, it appears that Skeletor plans a watery grave for He-Man and the rest of the heroes of Eternia. However, they won’t give up that easily.

The Masters of the Universe: Revelation, Part 1 cast includes Chris Wood as Prince Adam/He-Man, Mark Hamill as Skeletor, and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela. Liam Cunningham also stars in the series as Man-At-Arms, with Lena Headey as Evil-Lyn, Diedrich Bader as King Randor and Trap Jaw, Alicia Silverstone as Queen Marlena, Stephen Root as Cringer, Griffin Newman as Orko, and Susan Eisenberg as the Sorceress.
The original voice of Skeletor, Alan Oppenheimer, will also be involved in the project as Moss-Man. Kevin Michael Richardson will also play Skeletor’s minion, Beast Man, alongside Kevin Conroy as Mer-Man, Henry Rollins as Tri-Klops, Jason Mewes as Stinkor, and Tony Todd as Scare Glow.
Masters of the Universe: Revelation, Part 1 will premiere on Netflix on July 23. In the meantime, you can check the freshly released poster here below.
