Colin Baker‘s stint as Doctor Who‘s sixth Doctor may have been mired in behind-the-scenes troubles with the BBC, but several decades on it taps the nostalgia feels as much as any other iteration. And now his first full season is coming to Blu-ray with a bigger-on-the-inside bevy of extras. But as has often been the case with the BBC’s Blu-ray releases for Doctor Who, that’s not all. In the announcement featurette, we appear to get a canonical follow-up on former companion Perpugilliam “Peri” Brown (Nicola Bryant).
Peri’s original departure from the storyline got ever-complicated, with her possessed body being killed, but an alternate version plucked out of the timeline to survive on an alien planet as a warrior queen. If we take the audio adventures as canon, however, she has other alternate timelines. In this revisited version, though, the warrior queen returns. Check it out below:
The final release date remains unconfirmed, but the set includes the following serial adventures from 1985: Attack of the Cybermen, Vengeance on Varos, The Mark of the Rani, The Two Doctors, Timelash, and Revelation of the Daleks.

Per BBC press release, the eight-disc set will also include the following extras, as well as some previously released for DVD:
