For the first time in three weeks, this series wasn’t simply another episode of The Mandalorian. The seventh episode of The Book of Boba Fett has debuted on Disney+, and we want to know what the Superhero Hype community thinks about it! This post is a place for all of you to leave your own reviews, thoughts, or anything else you want to say about The Book of Boba Fett episode 7.

In a meeting with the Pyke boss, Cad Bane learns that Boba Fett’s Tusken tribe was murdered by the Pykes. That gives Cad an idea to draw out Boba. Meanwhile, Drash and the cyborgs convince Boba to stay in the bombed out Sanctuary rather than retreat to his palace. Soon after, Cad arrives and goads Boba with the truth about what happened to his tribe. Concurrently, Luke Skywalker violates intergalactic child endangerment laws by sending Grogu back to Tatooine without being accompanied by an adult. However, since Mando is with Boba, R2-D2 leaves Grogu with Peli Motto. WTH, Luke?!

Boba sends his forces out in the city to protect Mos Espa. Regardless, the other crime families betray Boba and mount several ambushes. The Gamorrean guards are killed quickly, while Black Krrsantan is badly injured. Fennec Shand saves Drash and her cyborgs before moving on to find the Pyke boss. Back at Sanctuary, Boba feels the walls closing in on him and asks Mando if he will abandon him. Mando reiterates that he’s a man of his word, even if it means they will go down fighting back-to-back.

Mando and Boba actually hold their own against the Pykes…for a while. But when they get overwhelmed, the Weequay bartender and the forces of Freetown arrive to back them up. The Weequay is particularly pissed that Cad Bane shot Cobb Vanth in cold blood. Black Krrsantan and the cyborgs also fight their way to Boba’s position. But the Pykes overwhelm them again with giant battle droids. In the midst of the battle, Boba slips away while Peli reunites Mando with Grogu. The battle goes poorly until Boba returns on the back of his pet Rancor. And the Rancor manages to destroy one of the droids in short order.

Unfortunately for Boba, Cad Bane knocks him off the Rancor and out duels him in a showdown. But before Cad can execute him, Boba uses his gaffi stick to bring Cad down and stab him…possibly fatally. After the destruction or the remaining battle droid, Grogu puts the rampaging Rancor to sleep. Elsewhere, Fennec executes the mayor of Mos Espa, the Pyke boss, and the heads of the remaining crime families.

In the aftermath, Mando and Grogu depart in their new ship, and Boba is acknowledged as the Daimyo by the people of Mos Espa. In a post-credits scene, we see that Cobb Vanth lives, and he is in Boba’s bacta tank while the mod artist prepares to turn him into a cyborg.
