The guest list for San Diego Comic-Con keeps getting bigger and bigger. Aside from industry favorites like Marvel and DC, the upcoming event will also feature several newbies roaming its halls. Deadline brings word that Apple TV+ is visiting the convention for the first time ever next month, promising a host of new panels for its sci-fi and fantasy projects.
Naturally, the platform’s top attraction this year is “Inside Severance,” a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the acclaimed thriller series that many critics have hailed as one of the best new shows of the year. Creator Dan Erickson will appear on the panel alongside director and executive producer Ben Stiller. Cast members Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Dichen Lachman, and Jen Tullock will also be on hand to reveal new secrets about the making of the show’s first season. Plus, the Hard Rock Hotel will host its own “immersive” experience inspired by the series, allowing guests to play the role of a “severed” employee of Lumon Industries.
Apple TV+ will also use the event to plug For All Mankind, the alt-history series that re-imagines the 20th century space race. Creators Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi will reunite to discuss the show’s third season, which premiered earlier this month. Joining them onstage are executive producer Maril Davis and actors Joel Kinnaman, Shantel VanSanten, Jodi Balfour, Sonya Walger, Krys Marshall, Cynthy Wu, Casey Johnson, Coral Peña, and Wrenn Schmidt.

Additionally, fans of Mythic Quest will be happy to hear that the hit comedy series is getting its own panel. Creator and executive producer Megan Ganz will join executive producer/star David Hornsby and supporting cast members Charlotte Nicdao, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, and Jessie Ennis. The cast and crew will also reveal and early look at season 3, which still doesn’t have a release date.
The streaming service will eventually cap off its programming slate with a “Storytellers of Apple TV+” panel. As its name suggests, this will feature the creators of several shows currently airing on the platform. Right now, the roster includes Moore, Ganz, Invasion executive producer Simon Kinberg, See showrunner Jonathan Tropper, and Foundation executive producer David S. Goyer. All of these luminaries will later reveal “sneak peeks” at new seasons of their shows.
San Diego Comic-Con will take place from July 20 to July 24.
