Exclusive Preview: Black Widow #5

The Black Widow’s greatest enemies have had their revenge. Months ago, Natasha Romanoff was kidnapped and brainwashed to believe that she was happily engaged to a man named James. The villains even artificially created Stevie, the biological son of Natasha and James, just to further the illusion. Hawkeye and the Winter Soldier tracked down Natasha, and they didn’t know what to make of her new life.

As Natasha’s memories returned, she tried to send James and Stevie away for their own safety. But it’s too late now…James and Stevie are gone. They were murdered in front of Natasha’s eyes, and now it’s time for her revenge.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Black Widow #5, Kelly Thompson and artists Elena Casagrande & Rafael de Latorre show us Natasha’s family in happier times. However, Yelena Belova literally slaps Natasha back to reality. And the Black Widow knows what she has to do now.
