Exclusive Preview: Spider-Woman #13

Spider-Woman is back from outer space, however, Jessica Drew could really use a break. Jess recently found out that she has a brother, Michael Marchand. Additionally, Michael’s daughter, Rebecca, was fatally ill. Regardless of the danger to themselves, Jessica and Michael went on a quest to find a cure from Rebecca. Surprisingly, the High Evolutionary came through for Jess. However, his assistance has put a target on her. Spider-Woman now has cutting edge genetic science on hand, and there are plenty of people who are willing to kill for it.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Spider-Woman #13, Karla Pacheco and artist Pere Perez catch up with Jess as Fireball attempts to steal the High Evolutionary’s intel. Unfortunately for Jessica, she still has to wait for a sitter for her son, Gerry, before she can go chasing after Fireball.
