Marvel Comics has announced Weapon X-Men, a new four-issue limited series starring a team of Wolverine variants from across the multiverse.
Weapon X-Men launches in March 2024 from writer Christos Gage and artist Yildiray Çinar. The series spins out of Gage and Greg Land’s Original X-Men one-shot (which hits comic shops this Wednesday, December 20). It stars a number of Wolverines from different realities — including Age of Apocalypse Wolverine, Earth X Wolverine, Zombie Wolverine, Old Man Logan, and an all-new variant named Jane Howlett.

What is Weapon X-Men about?
Per Marvel, the fast-approaching Original X-Men #1 sees “Phoenix recruit the Professor X’s [sic] original five students to fix yet another time-displaced disaster.” However, “the threat is deadlier than ever … and it’s time to call in the X-Men‘s big gun.”
The publisher continues, “Afterwards, a Multiverse of Logans bands together! He’s the best there is at what he does, in every universe he does it in … and this job is too big for just one of him. Wolverines from across the Multiverse converge to take on a foe even the Phoenix fears!
