Marvel Comics has released an official preview for Amazing Spider-Man #41, which continues the “Gang War” crossover event.
Written by Zeb Wells and illustrated by John Romita Jr., Amazing Spider-Man #41 swings into comic shops next Wednesday. Revealed exclusively by CBR, a four-page preview sees Lonnie Lincoln — flanked by Spider-Man and She-Hulk — meet with Wilson Fisk for a tense tête-à-tête. While Tombstone and Kingpin exchange words, the latter’s wife, Typhoid Mary, plays mind games with Spidey and Shulkie.

An official synopsis for the issue reads as follows: “GANG WAR CONTINUES! With all of New York’s super underworld fighting for dominance, you didn’t think Wilson Fisk, the former Kingpin of Crime, would sit it out, did you?”
Marvel’s Gang War extends far beyond Amazing Spider-Man
“Gang War” officially kicked off within the pages of Amazing Spider-Man #39 earlier this month. As its title implies, the Marvel event centers on an all-out war between the super gangs of New York City. In an effort to restore order to the city, Peter Parker/Spider-Man recruits an army of his own.
While Wells and Romita’s Amazing Spider-Man is the book at the center of the conflict, “Gang War” is told across multiple titles — including a collection of tie-in limited series. The event will run throughout the first quarter of 2024.
Amazing Spider-Man #41 goes on sale January 3, 2024 from Marvel Comics.
