Reuters reports that Reeve’s Superman suit will be up for auction Tuesday…
A “Superman” suit worn by actor Christopher Reeve and a “Star Wars” stormtrooper’s helmet and blaster gun are due to sold at an auction of Hollywood memorabilia in London on Tuesday.
The famous four-piece red and blue flying outfit worn by Reeve in the 1978 “Superman” blockbuster has an estimated value of 8,000 pounds ($13,950) to 12,000 pounds ($20,900) at Christie’s annual sale of film and entertainment memorabilia, the auction house said.
