‘Robert’ sent in the following about a few interviews that Cillian Murphy did overseas in which he mentioned his role as one of the Batman villains.
I read this little bit over at BBC Online (which has a funny cartoon of Bale and Nolan). They tried talking to Cillian Murphy about his involvement in Batman.
28 Days Later star Cillian Murphy has signed on to play an unnamed villain. The 29-year-old Irish actor (who had a screentest to play the Bat himself) won’t reveal which meanie he’s playing, saying only “The characters that are a bit darker, a bit more ambiguous, appeal to me.”
