Epic LEGO Spider-Man Daily Bugle Set Stands Nearly Three Feet Tall

Sometimes LEGO sets just have to go big or go home. And the latest Spider-Man inspired set looks very, very big. Thirty-two inches tall when complete, in fact. Contrary to editor J. Jonah Jameson’s take, this Daily Bugle building itself might become the menace, rather than the web-slinger himself. Especially if there’s no space in the house to display it.

The modular build includes four separate floors, including fully detailed roof and city street. A cab and newsstand add local color, while the Spider-buggy appears to have been thrown into the side of the skyscraper by Doc Ock. The front of the building also features Green Goblin battle damage. Twenty-five minifigs come included, and range from Firestar to Spider-Ham. New to this set: Blade the vampire hunter, J. Jonah Jameson, Black Cat, Daredevil, and the Punisher.

The Daily Bugle set debuts for sale June 1st, with early access at LEGO.com for LEGO VIPs. That gives potential buyers about two weeks to clear a mini-skyscraper sized space at home. Anyone still on the fence should check out the image gallery below.

Will you purchase this towering Spider-set? If so, where will you display it? Let us know in comments.
