Ray Fisher Says a Justice League NDA is Keeping Him From Speaking Out

Earlier this month, Justice League co-star, Ray Fisher, accused writer and director Joss Whedon of abusive conduct on the set. The actor who portrayed Cyborg also pointed to producers Geoff Johns and Jon Berg as enablers of Whedon’s misconduct. However, Fisher hasn’t shared specific incidents or details. Via Heroic Hollywood, Fisher addressed the issue on his Instagram page, and he claimed that a NDA is keeping him silent for now.

“I am still very much under contract and I am still very much under non-disclosure agreement,” said Fisher. “So, I’ve gotta be very careful about what I say and how I say it. Otherwise I could get sued into oblivion. So just a disclaimer there. So for the folks who were looking for more specifics, I’m sorry that I cannot give them to you in the moment right now. Just gotta make sure all your ducks are laid out in a row, so you can go ahead and handle the situation appropriately, so you don’t end up being outside of professionally liable, legally liable for anything that could be litigious or whatever that would be.”

“This will take some time,” added Fisher. “We will get it done, and we will win. And I’ll be able to move on in the world.”

At the moment, none of Fisher’s Justice League co-stars have publicly backed him up. Additionally, Fisher’s co-star, Jason Momoa, signed on to a new Frosty the Snowman movie produced by Johns and Berg. That makes it highly unlikely that Momoa would direct any ire towards those two. Whedon and Johns have yet to address Fisher’s claims, but Berg shared his own response last week.
