Doctor Strange 2’s New TV Spot Reveals Additional Footage
The latest trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has given fans plenty of speculation fuel to tide them over until the film’s premiere this May. But for some reason, the TV spot announcing the trailer’s arrival included several exclusive shots of its own. A bootleg version of the promo has made its way online, giving us new looks at some of the movie’s biggest surprises. Doctor Strange 2’s New TV.
Although the full-length trailer put lots of focus on Strange’s team-up with Wanda Maximoff (which appears to go sour pretty quickly) along with the return of Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Baron Mordo, the TV spot emphasizes the much larger threat of the multiverse. Among other exciting reveals, we now have our first proper glimpse at “Defender Strange” with his new costume and slicked-back hairstyle. However, we also get another callback to Marvel’s What If…? animated series. In addition to Strange Supreme, it looks like the sequel will also mark the live-action debut of the good doctor’s zombie counterpart. Check out some new shots via Twitter below.
