This popular Marvel character first hit the comic-book stands in 1962 care of creators Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby. Stan Lee described Thor’s genesis, “How do you make someone stronger than the strongest person? It finally came to me: Don’t make him human — make him a god”.

The epic adventure THOR spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the mystical realm of Asgard.  At the centre of the story is The Mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war.  As a result, Thor is banished to Earth where he is forced to live among humans.  When the most dangerous villain of his world sends its darkest forces to invade Earth, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero.

Thor will be released by Paramount Pictures, in 2D and 3D, on April 27th, with nationwide previews taking place on Easter Monday. This is one panel at Kapow! you simply don’t want to miss!!
