In January, Edgar Wright (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) revealed that he had resumed writing the script for Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man with Attack the Block helmer Joe Cornish.
On Saturday at the Kapow! Comic Con, Cornish gave a brief update on where they are.
"We delivered the second draft of ‘Ant-Man two days ago, and we’re really happy with it," he said.
It’s too early to tell how quick this project could get off the ground if Marvel Studios likes what they see as well.
Wright and Cornish also worked together on the script for Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson’s upcoming The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn.
