A new Indiana Jones update, Suicide Squad photos, and the case of the missing Luke Skywalker on this week’s Most Craved!
It’s our 75th episode of Most Craved and, in the player above, you can check out a new conversation about three of the biggest news stories of the week, including new Indiana Jones, Star Wars and Suicide Squad updates. This week feature our trio of regular hosts, Jenna Busch of Legion of Leia, William Bibbiani of CraveOnline and our own Silas Lesnick.
First of all, it’s the mystery of the missing Luke Skywalker. J.J. Abrams recently revealed that it’s no accident we haven’t been seeing Mark Hamill in the trailers and other promotional material for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Where is Luke and what does it mean for the hugely-anticipated continuation of George Lucas’ epic space opera?
Next up, we’re diving into the DC Universe and chatting about the recently-released Empire magazine covers that show off a few of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad characters, including Jared Leto’s Joker! Do these images give us any clues about what to expect from the newly budding DC Cinematic Universe?
Finally, we talk about an interesting update from producer Frank Marshall that suggests a potential new Indiana Jones film would, indeed, feature the return of Harrison Ford as the iconic cinematic archeologist. Coupled with Steven Spielberg’s recent comments on the matter, it sounds like we may be getting a new Indiana Jones movie sooner rather than later!
We’ve also launched the official Most Craved Twitter feed and we’d love it if you’d give us a follow! You can watch previous Most Craved episodes by clicking here.
How do you think they should approach a new Indiana Jones movie? Did you like the new Suicide Squad photos? What do you think is going on with Luke Skywalker? Let us know your own thoughts and theories on all three of this week’s topics in the comments below!
