The D23 Expo brought a lot of new Marvel News, including an exclusive Black Widow poster. Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development and Concept Artist Andy Park has taken to Twitter to show off the poster. It features Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff with her new suit, a look at Taskmaster and also David Harbour’s Red Guardian.

Scarlett Johansson returns as Natasha Romanoff, a spy and assassin who grew up trained by the KGB. Later, she broke from their grasp to become an agent of SHIELD and an Avenger. Other cast members include O-T Fagbenle (The Handmaid’s Tale) as Mason, Golden Globe nominee David Harbour (Stranger Things, Hellboy) as Alexei a.k.a. The Red Guardian, Florence Pugh (Fighting with My Family) as Yelena, and Oscar winner Rachel Weisz (The Favourite) as Melina. Moreover, the events of the movie take place after Captain America: Civil War, but before Avengers: Infinity War.
The movie is being directed by Cate Shortland (Lore) from a script by Jac Schaeffer (The Hustle). Black Widow will debut in theaters on May 1, 2020.
