The CW has debuted a brand new promo for the upcoming tenth episode of Stargirl. Now that Courtney’s secret identity is not such a secret anymore to the Injustice Society of America members, the young heroine has to do all she can to save her mother’s life, which may be a hard task since Henry King Sr. aka Brainwave has just waken up from the coma he has been in since the second episode of the show. Brainwave is arguably the most lethal member of the ISA, and he wants the Cosmic Staff at all costs.

Andi Armaganian directed the episode written by James Dale Robinson. The official synopsis of “Brainwave Jr.” reads:
“As Henry Jr. (Jake Austin Walker) hones his newfound skills, uncovered secrets from his family’s past force him to make a difficult decision. Meanwhile, Courtney (Brec Bassinger), Yolanda (Yvette Monreal), Beth (Anjelika Washington) and Rick’s (Cameron Gellman) latest plan brings them face to face with a member of the ISA. Finally, tensions between Pat (Luke Wilson) and Barbara (Amy Smart) force her to revisit her own past. Trae Romano, Meg DeLacy, Christopher James Baker, and Neil Jackson also star.”
Stargirl Episode 1.10 will debut on DC Universe on Monday, July 20, and hits The CW on Tuesday, July 21.
