The First Wonder Woman 1984 Reactions Hit Social Media

The word is out. Wonder Woman 1984 has held virtual junket screenings for a select group of press. Most appear to be genre websites — like, but not including, this one. And full reviews remain under embargo for now. However, social media comments remain unrestricted, and the word so far sounds universally positive. Here are a handful of significant Wonder Woman 1984 reactions.

First up, Brandon Davis from ComicBook.com:

From our sister site Coming Soon, Max Evry praises the sequel as something fresh and new.

Next, IGN’s Jim Vejvoda:

Cinemablend’s Eric Eisenberg is equally enthused.

And CBR’s Meagan Damore likes the movie’s positive message and emotion.

io9’s Germain Lussier likewise endorses the theme of hope.

Finally, multi-publication contributor Jenna Busch could not be more effusive.

So the target audience thus far definitely likes Wonder Woman‘s latest adventure, which probably bodes well for everyone reading this. Expect the less superhero-friendly press to weigh in ten days from now.

What do you think of these reactions? Do they get you more pumped for the big sequel? Let us know in comments below.
