Secrets always come out sooner or later. In the latest episode of Stargirl, Pat revealed a dark chapter of the Justice Society of America’s past to his step-daughter. Now, Courtney is confronting Pat for keeping the truth hidden from her in as the new promo for Stargirl episode 2.10.
It turns out that the original JSA discovered that the only way to defeat Eclipso was to kill his human host. And that’s what they did even though it meant breaking their code. And history might repeat itself now that Eclipso is looking for vengeance.

Sheelin Choksey directed the episode, while Taylor Steitz wrote the script. Here’s the official synopsis:
“CHOSEN FAMILY — Courtney (Brec Bassinger) is left devastated after discovering a dark secret that Pat (Luke Wilson) has kept hidden from her. However, when they learn that Jennie (guest star Ysa Penarejo) may be able to help in their plan to stop Eclipso (Nick Tarabay), they’re forced to put their issues aside as they set out on a road trip to find her. Meanwhile, Beth (Anjelika Washington) makes a shocking discovery about The Shade (guest star Jonathan Cake). Amy Smart, Trae Romano and Cameron Gellman also star.”
The tenth episode of Stargirl season 2 will hit The CW on October 12.
