Earlier this month, Kaley Cuoco wrapped up her 12-season run on The Big Bang Theory. Now, Cuoco is gearing up for the premiere of her next show, DC Universe’s Harley Quinn animated series. The streaming service has been keeping any details about the project to a minimum. But in a recent Instagram post, Cuoco shared a new teaser image that confirms the show’s fall premiere date.
If you look closely, you’ll see the phrase “Fall 2019” scrawled in blood on Harley’s arm. The image also appears to assure viewers that the new series will be tonally similar to DC Universe’s live-action offerings. In other words, the animated format won’t hold back on depictions on violence.

But perhaps most noteworthy is that Cuoco’s post shows the character dressed in her DC Rebirth-era outfit that was, in turn, inspired by Margot Robbie’s performance in Suicide Squad. Previously, it looked like this new version of Harley would only be sporting her classic jester outfit.
Joining Cuoco on Harley Quinn are the voices of Lake Bell (Poison Ivy), Alan Tudyk (Joker), and Diedrich Bader (Batman). The series will also feature Wanda Sykes, Jason Alexander, Giancarlo Esposito, and Jim Rash. Unfortunately, their roles haven’t been announced yet.
