Anthony Mackie Becomes Takeshi Kovacs in New Altered Carbon Season 2 Teaser

Anthony Mackie Is Takeshi Kovacs in Altered Carbon Season 2 Teaser

In the future of Altered Carbon, death is not the end. For those who can afford it, their minds can be placed in new bodies. During the first season of Altered Carbon, Takeshi Kovacs (Will Yun Lee) was in the body of Elias Ryker (Joel Kinnaman). However, Takeshi willingly relinquished Elias’ body at the end of season 2. Anthony Mackie will take over the role of Takeshi for Altered Carbon season 2. But there are some familiar problems that come with having a new body.

Netflix has released a new Altered Carbon season 2 teaser that features Kovacs coming to terms with his endless past. His original reflection is briefly glimpsed in a shard of glass, and so is Elias’ face. Regardless, Kovacs has a new face now. But his quest is the same: to find his lost lover, Quellcrist Falconer.
