Warning: There are spoilers ahead for Stranger Things 4!
Fans will still have to wait for a bit longer to watch the new season, but Stranger Things has definitely kicked off production for the fourth season. Netflix recently released a brief teaser featuring the reunion of the cast for the table read. The video opens with Caleb McLaughlin inviting the camera in the backstage. Short after, the teaser confirms that David Harbour’s Jim Hopper survived the destruction of the Russian lab right after the events of the latest season of the show. From the images, it appears that the imprisonment in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka has worked miracles on the chief of Hawkins Police Department, as Harbour has lost a lot of weight.
The fans will be happy to know that the teaser confirms also the return of Maya Hawke’s Robin. The employee of Scoops Ahoy surged in popularity soon after she joined the series last year.

The video might hint at one of the characters that are supposed to debut in the next season. Right at 0:40 mark of the video, someone makes his appearance right at behind Winona Ryder. His face is blurred, but he could be one of the four new characters that the new season will introduce. According to the rumours, three teens and one adult will make their debut in Stranger Things 4.
The images fade out with Brett Gelman’s Murray Bauman inviting the camera to get out of the building. That means, of course, that fans will see some more adventures of the private investigator in the new episodes of the show.
