Ray Fisher Shows Support for Joivan Wade’s Cyborg on Doom Patrol

They might play the same character in the DC live-action universe, but there is nothing but respect between Ray Fisher and Joivan Wade. And recently, Fisher wanted to remark that by retweeting a post in which his fellow actor flexes under the caption “Boo-yaah!”, Cyborg’s catchphrase. The actor took up to Twitter to endorse his “cybernetic brother” for his work in Doom Patrol, taking on all the haters.

“Keep doin’ your thing, Joivan Wade! If anybody out there has a problem with my cybernetic brother from another mother…box, do me a favor and unfollow me. If I catch you hating on him, I’m blocking you,” the actor wrote.

DC works in mysterious ways. If fans got the chance to see Ezra Miller and Grant Gustin sharing the screen as The Flash, they could also dream that Ray Fisher and Joivan Wade might play Cyborg in the same feature one day. You can check Fisher’s post below.

Cyborg’s “Booyah!” took off in Cartoon Network’s Teen Titans and its follow-up series, Teen Titans Go!. While many fans thought that this might be just a cartoon thing, Fisher’s Cyborg got to say his signature catchphrase in 2017’s Justice League.

Recently, Justice League producer Jon Berg claimed that Fisher was far from happy to say it. Berg’s declarations came after Fisher accused writer and director Joss Whedon of abusive conduct on the set. The actor also expressed frustration with producers Berg and Geoff Johns, whom he said did nothing to stop Whedon’s behavior.
